Aceh previously referred to as Daerah Istimewa Aceh 1959 - 2001 and Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (2001 - 2009) is a province of Indonesia which is the most western province in Indonesia. Aceh has the autonomy to set its own, unlike most other provinces in Indonesia due to historical reasons.
